Join Miss Cathy for Junior Book Group! This book group meets monthly on a Thursday afternoon and is for ages 7+ with an adult.
Our May book is Project Droid: Science No-Fair by Nancy Krulik and Amanda Burwasser. This book combines the language-play of Amelia Bedelia with robots and baking soda volcanos. It's sure to have readers laughing themselves silly.
Make sure to get your book early so you have plenty of time to read before the meeting. The books are already in and ready for pick up; just ask Children's Room staff for a copy. At our meeting we will discuss what we've read, enjoy a snack, and try our hand at a science experiment of our own.
