Linda S. Reilly, local author, will speak about her writing career at the kick-off for National Novel Writing Month.
Armed with a degree in Criminal Justice, mystery writer Linda Reilly once contemplated a career in law enforcement. However, life took a twist and instead she found her niche in real estate closings and title examination, where the dusty tomes in the Registry of Deeds enticed her into solving mysteries of a different sort. Raised in a sleepy town in the Berkshires, Linda is a dyed-in-the-wool New Englander.
A member of Sisters in Crime and Mystery Writers of America, she has lived in Merrimack for more than twenty years. She is the author of the Deep Fried Mysteries published by Berkley Prime Crime, and of the Cat Lady Mysteries debuting in December 2017 with Kensington’s Lyrical Press.
