Community Rock Snake!!

Join us in building a snake out of rocks decorated by members of our community!

This program is for all ages and can be found in the Library parking lot. We'll provide rocks and paint pens for you to decorate your rock, then you can leave it there. Once it's dry, we'll seal it and add it to our snake!

"Black Lives, Native Lands, White Worlds: A History of Slavery in New England" Author Visit: Prof. Jared Hardesty

As part of the Town's 275th Anniversary Celebration, we invite you to learn about African American history in New England from Jared Hardesty, associate professor of history at Western Washington University and a scholar of colonial America, the Atlantic world, and the histories of labor and slavery.

Fourth of July Parade

March with us in Merrimack's 4th of July Celebration!

We'd love to be joined by people who love the Library as much as we do, and anyone who registered and walks with us will recieve a free Tails & Tales inspired drawstring bag. Our parade theme is Tails & Tales: Under the Sea. Will you be a mermaid? A shark? Maybe you want to decorate your bike as a seahorse or your wagon as a submarine?
